How much potential is there really in your game?
Together with the Neusehland Institute organizes the Attention Badmintoncenter Graz a free workshop on the topic of Vision training & neuroathletics in badminton.
Badminton is with over 500 km/h the fastest racket sport in the world - Decisions have to be made in fractions of a second. This is exactly where this workshop comes in.
Would you like to improve your reaction, increase your performance and find out everything about eye training and how it affects badminton? At our free introductory workshop on April 26, 2026, Markus Pammer, a vision and eye trainer who focuses on sports, will be available to answer all your questions, provide analysis and offer individual training!
Why eye training for badminton?
Whether you have defective vision or not - if the information from your visual system is not clear and precise, your brain ALWAYS reacts with limitations in posture, movement, motor skills and performance.
Markus will explain the connection between your eyes, vision, balance and muscles during the workshop and show you exercises to improve your vision and everything around it.
Visual training significantly improves the ability to react and sport-specific performance. And this topic is becoming increasingly important in top-class sport. So why not in amateur sport too?
